摘　　要：本文就何谓转译及为何转译 ,我国历史上的转译情况以及转译的利弊得失等问题进行了较全面的历史回顾与思考 。This paper gives a comprehensive review and reflection on the practice of “indirect translation”, focusing on what and how, its role in Chinese history, and its advantages and disadvantages. Through case study, the author points out that the application of “indirect translation” has been workable with its own reason in Chinese translation practice. The gains and losses of “indirect translation” in practice are also discussed in this paper.
