摘　　要：农村初中差生与辍学生具有同源性,教育机会不均等和制度化教育是造成农村地区差生、辍学生大量存在的根本原因,农村初中普遍存在的应试教育既是制度化教育弊端的结果,又构成了大量产生差生、辍学生的环境。In the rural areas the dropouts are almost underachievers in th e junior schools and the unequal chance of receiving education and the instituti onalized education are the main reasons of so many poor students and dropouts. T he exam-oriented education in the junior schools is the result of institutiona lized education, but at the same time it also has become the environment for pro ducing so many poor students and dropouts.
