摘　　要：提问是英语精读课堂教学的常用方式之一 ,体现了英语课堂教学的交际性。课堂提问的数量与质量直接影响一堂英语精读课成功与否。笔者在十年精读课教学实践基础上 ,从问题的设置和提问的方式两个方面探讨了英语精读课课堂提问的策略。Asking questions is a commonly used method in the teaching process of intensive reading of English.It shows the communicative nature of English class teaching.The quantity and quality of asking questions directly influences the success or failure of an English class.In this paper,the author,based on her ten year's teaching practice of intensive reading of English,discusses the strategies of how to ask questions in the teaching process of intensive reading of English from the following two aspects:the design of the questions and the way of asking questions.
