摘　　要：师范高校优质教师的“优质”首先表现为在专业上站在本学科发展的前列。为此师范高校优质教师要有对科研高目标的奋力追求,应以教学工作作为培养科研成果的肥田沃土,要在搞好教学工作这个根本点上下力气,并继承与发扬默默无闻、辛勤劳作的“蚯蚓精神”。师范高校优质教师的“优质”其次表现为能在教改上做出突出成绩。为此师范高校优质教师要在教学的航程上确定教研的方向,应树立与时俱进的先进的教学理念,要努力实现从传授型教学向创造型教学转型,并在教学手段上也站在时代的前列。High quality teachers are those who guarantee high quality teaching in normal universities. They are high quality teachers working in normal universities. First, they have to be pioneers in the development of their subjects. They are devoted to advanced scientific research, based on their everyday teaching, always working like diligent earthworms. Then, they have to contribute to the teaching reform. They have to orientate their teaching research, foster first - rate teach-ing concepts, transform traditional teaching into creative teaching and stand in the forefront in using new teaching methods.
