摘　　要：分析中日两国中等职业教育的基本情况,从培养目标、师资队伍建设、课程设置等方面对中日两国中等职业技术教育作一比较,认为尽管两国文化背景、经济水平、社会制度不同,借鉴日本中等职业教育的发展经验,仍有益于中国中等职教发展.The author analyses the basic situation of secondary vocational education in China and Japan, makes a comparison of secondary vocational and technical education between China and Japan from aspects of training target, construction of teaching staff, curriculum provision and so on, regards although there are differences between two countries, drawing on the experiences of secondary vocational education in Japan will benefit the development of our secondary vocational education.
