摘　　要：阐述了5年制高职教育的性质、地位及应采取"积极探索,稳步发展,保证质量,办出特色"的16字方针;在高职教育的6点特色的基础上,论证了5年制高职教育的3点特色;指出了制定教学计划中要重点把握的4个问题;提出了加强领导与管理拟采取的3条措施。The author expounds the nature,status and 16-character policy that should be adopted by senior vocational education of five-year system, describes the six characteristicses of senior vocational education and the three characteristicses of five-year system, points out the four crucial issues that should be laid emphas is on when making teaching plans and proposes three measures that should be taken on strengthening leadership and management.
