内皮抑素是近年来发现的一种能特异地作用于内皮细胞,抑制其增殖并诱导其调亡的新型血管抑制剂。因其高效、低毒和不产生耐药性而被视为最有前途的新一代抗肿瘤药物。据此本文旨在介绍内皮抑素在基础研究与临床研究上所取得的新进展。
