摘　　要：为探究红枣色素对高脂小鼠的降血脂作用,采用高脂饲料饲喂小鼠,随机分为高脂组、阳性对照组(辛伐他丁5mg/kg)、红枣色素低、中、高剂量组(312.5、625、1250mg/kg),并以基础饲料饲喂小鼠为空白对照组,4周后测定小鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白A1(ApoA1)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)含量和肝脏脂蛋白脂酶(LPL)、肝脂酶(HL)活性。结果表明,相比模型组,红枣色素能明显降低TC、TG、LDL-C和ApoB含量,最大降幅分别为12.67%、24.75%、26.36%、20.37%,明显升高HDL-C和ApoA1含量,最大升幅分别为14.89%、78.57%,并能明显降低小鼠AI;红枣色素能增强LPL和HL活力,最高增加60.53%、50%,表明红枣色素具有降血脂、降低动脉粥样硬化风险的功效。To explore the hypolipidemic effect of jujube pigment on high-fat mice,mice were fed with high-fat diet and randomLy divided into high-fat group,positive control group(simvastatin 5 mg/kg),low,middle and highdose group of jujube pigment(312.5、625、1250 mg/kg).Mice were fed with basic diet as blank control group.After 4 weeks,the contents of serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),apolipoprotein A1(ApoA1)and apolipoprotein B(ApoB),liver lipoprotein lipase(LPL)and hepatic lipase(HL)were measured.Compared with the high-fat group,the results showed that jujube pigment significantly reduced serum TC,TG,LDL-C and ApoB contents,with the largest reduction rates of 12.67%,24.75%,26.36%and 20.37%,respectively.But the content of HDL-C and ApoA1 were significantly increased up to 14.89%,78.57%,and the AI of mice was reduced significantly;All the group of jujube pigment induced a significant increment in LPL and HL activities,with the largest increase rates of 60.53%,50%.The results indicate that jujube pigment has the hypolipidemic effect and can reduce the risk of atherosclerosis.
