How University Teaching Reform Can Promote Deep Learning:An Exploration Based on Excellent Teacher Training in Elementary School

摘  要:确证"大学本位"教师教育的地位和有效性、培养卓越教师的紧迫性以及响应大学"金课"建设的要求,都要求进行教师教育教学改革。促进师范生深度学习,需要注重培养学生的高阶思维,关注学生对学习过程的投入程度以及重视学生能够以作品的形式呈现学习结果。在教学实践中,提出三种教学策略促进深度学习。一是重视问题解决,按照"设计核心问题—转化为学习任务—完成学习任务—形成解决方案"的思路,以"核心问题"驱动学科内容的学习;二是强调项目驱动,开启"确定主题—制订计划—作品创作—成果交流"的路径,将参与科研项目设置为常规课程;三是推动知识创造,基于"深入实践发现问题—观察分析确定问题—小组合作协同创想—学习结果可视化展示—评价反馈不断改进",设计服务于实践的学习作品。The need to confirm the status and effectiveness of"university-based"teacher education,the urgency of cultivating excellent teachers,and the requirement to respond to the university’s"Golden Course"are all signs of the urgency of teachers’education and teaching reform.To promote deep learning among normal students,there needs to focus on the cultivation of higher-order thinking,students’engagement in the learning process,and their expression about their learning outcomes in the form of work.In the teaching practice,three teaching strategies are proposed to promote deep learning.The first is to emphasize problem solving,following the idea of"designing core problems-transforming of learning tasks-completing learning tasks-forming solutions",and using"core problems"to drive the learning of subject contents.Secondly,it emphasizes project-driven,opens the path of"determining the theme-developing the plan-creating the work-communicating the results",and stipulates participation in research projects as a regular course.Thirdly,knowledge creation is promoted,based on"discovering problems through in-depth practice-identifying problems through observation and analysis-collaborating with groups to create ideas-visualizing learning results-continuously improving evaluation and feedback"to design learning works that serve the practice.
