摘　　要：高校实施素质教育战略,加强教学体制改革是关键。全面实施素质教育,要从单抓学生素质教育向抓高素质的教师队伍和抓学生素质教育相结合上转变;从面向少数学生向面向全体学生转变;从单科教育向整体教育转变;从继承教育向创新教育转变;从片面发展教育向全面发展教育转变;从做事教育向做事做人教育转变。只有与时俱进地转变教育观念和模式,全面实施素质教育才能落到实处。To enhance reform in educational system is a key ring of implementing quality educational strategy in high school. The article says that to implement all-round quality education,we should change from single-handed paying special attention to students' quality education to paying special attention to the conjunction of high quality of teachers' group and students' quality education, change from catering to the needs of minor students to that of the whole students, change from single subject education to overall education, change from inheriting education to innovation education,change from one-sided development education to comprehensive one .change from doing work eduction to doing work and behaving eduction. Only do we transform educational idea and pattern with times can we put whole quality education implementing into effect.
