高师电教技能集中型培训模式的构建与实践

摘　　要：集中型培训模式针对高师学生电化教育技能的训练 ,其内涵是四个方面的新设计 ,即 :教学目标、教学内容、教学方法、教学条件。The model is aimed at E_education_skill training for students in normal universities and colleges.The model is considerably new in the following four aspects,that is,teaching content,teaching target,teaching methods and teaching conditions.The model has demonstrated the great efficiency in practice.
