摘  要:为配合与促进国家新课程改革实施而提出的“设置情境与提出问题”的中小学数学基本教学模式,旨在培养学生的创新意识和实践能力,力图把“质疑提问”、培养学生的“问题意识”、提高学生提出问题与解决问题的能力作为教与学活动的起点和归宿。经过 4年的教学实践证明,它是一个能体现新的教育理念的、易为教师操作的中小学教学的一种基本教学模式。To support and carry forward the nationwide new curriculum reform, a basic mathematics teaching model in high schools and primary schools, based on the concept of “setting situations and posing problem”, has been initiated. This model aims to foster creative consciousness and the practicing ability for students, attempts to have that students query and question and raising the student` problem ideas and improvs abilities of posing and solving problems as the start and finish points of teaching and study. A four-year teaching practice has proved that it is a kind of basic teaching model embodying the new educational ideas that is manipulated easily by teachers in high schools and primary schools.
