摘　　要：高职生应具备的职业能力包括社会适应能力、动手能力、市场竞争能力、开拓创新能力等。高职院校需从课程设置、课堂教学、实践教学环节、师资队伍建设等方面进行深入改革,以培养学生的全面素质,提高学生综合职业能力。The vocational ability that higher vocational school students should have includes social adapt ability, operating ability, market competition ability, exploiting and creative ability. The higher vocational school should further the reform from the aspects of curriculum provision, classroom teaching, practical teaching links and the construction of the teaching staff so as to train students' quality fully and improve students' comprehensive vocational ability.
