摘　　要：教师继续教育在实践中推行和实施的前提是人们在观念上的认同和支持。本文从传统教师的人格与专业精神、终身教育理论的发展、发展性教师评价的建立以及社会对教师职业专业化的认可四个方面，建构了教师继续教育的观念支持系统。Teachers take part in continuing education on the ba se of concept-identity. The essay sets up the concept-supported system in fou r aspects: character and professional-spirit of conventional teachers, t he de velopment of lifelong education theory, the institution of teachers' developing evaluation and confirmation of teachers' professional specialization.
