高校教师继续教育问题的探讨

摘　　要：在科学技术飞速发展、知识更新迅速的今天，世界许多国家把教师的继续教育作为一项基本国策。教师的继续教育同题应该引起高度重视，采取相应措施。本文论述了高校教师继续教育的重要意义，提出了教师继续教育的内容和途径。Nowadays, with the rapid development of sc ience and technology and kno wledge renewal, many countries regard teachers' continuing education as a basic n ational policy. Attention should be given, and measures should be taken to deal with the problems. This article illustrates the significance, and puts forward t he content and means of teachers' continuing education.
