摘　　要：全民学习、终身学习,促进人的全面发展是学习型社会的基本特征。与之相适应,必须构建科学的理论、高尚的道德、新型的教育思想和先进的文化汇为一体的思想体系,为构建学习型社会提供政治方向、道德规范、思想先导和精神动力。The basic features of society pattern are composed of learning by all people, all our lives and promoting people's all-round development. In coordination with it we must fabricate a system as a whole consisting of scientific theory, noble morality, new-patterned educational thought and advancing culture, in order to provide political direction, moral principle, precursor of thought and spiritual motive for the establishment of society pattern to learn.
