摘　　要：研究了一类带有非线性迁移率的漂移-扩散模型的混合边值问题.应用Schauder不动点定理和积分估计方法,证明了迁移率函数学指数函数时此方程组的弱解存在性.In this paper we consider the following drift-diffusion model with nonlinear mobility. The existence of the solutions isproved under the condition that mobility is exponent function by using respectively Schauder fixed point theory and the integral estimates.
