The effects of dilution rate, original glucose concentration and the adding of xylosewere evaluated during the process with immobilized S. cerevisiae; the effects of aeration rateand ethanol in culture were also studied in the xvlose fermentation with immobilized P. stipi-tis.The study gave the experimental foundation for the co-fermentation with these two immo-bilized yeasts.
