摘　　要：新时期人才培养模式是高校21世纪办学方向的综合性人才培养模式,而基于计算机和课堂的英语多媒体教学模式是教育部提出的大学英语教学模式。后者是前者整体框架的有机部分,是为前者服务的。它们相互独立又相互关联。它们的有机结合是实现教学成本最小化、教学效果最大化的最佳途径之一。The New Period Talent-Training Model is the School-Running Oriented Comprehensive Talent- Training Model for the universities in the 21st.century. Multi-media English teaching model based on computer and conducted in classroom is college English teaching model proposed by Ministry of Education. The latter is the organic part of the whole framework of the former and serves the former. The two models are independent and correlate with each other and their organic combination is the best way to minimize the teaching cost and maximize the teaching effect.
