摘　　要：怎样才能提高课堂教学效能,探讨影响教学效能的各种因素便是途径之一。从卡罗尔提出“时间是学校学习最重要的变量”起,40余年采教学过程的模式围绕着教师、学生、学校、家庭和社会等各种重要因素展开讨论。综合考虑影响教学的各种因素,也许在技术手段日益先进的网络化学习环境中,显得尤为重要。Discuss the different factors about teaching-learning effectiveness helps us understanding how to improve class teaching-learning effectiveness. Since Carroll stated that time was the most important variable to school learning,the teaching-learning model has been discussed according to the following items： teacher, student, school, family and society. It is important to understanding all the variables and the relationships among each other in webbased learning environment.
