摘  要:复合型应用人才培养目标是现代教师教育发展的出发点和归宿,相应的课程模式构建就成了教师教育的核心问题.初等教育专业属师范教育类专业,在办学目标上,应培养具有丰富文化内涵和多元才能的小学教师;在课程设置上,应走综合创新的道路.昭通师专教育系构建的“三主线一专长”文理大综合模式和在此基础上改造的“大文、大理”课程模式,经过多年的实践和研究,对专业化教师教育是一种新的尝试.The cultivation goal of the compound applied-talents is the starting point and the destination of the educational development for modern teachers, and the relevant curriculum pattern construction has become the key problem of teachers' education. The primary education speciality belongs to the normal education speciality. In the objective of running schools, it should cultivate the primary school teachers who master rich cultural connotation and muhitalents, and in the establishment of curriculum, it should take the comprehensive innovation road. In Zhaotong Teacher's College, the Education Department has established the macro-comprehensive pattern of liberal arts and sciences with "Three Main Threads and One Speciality" and on the basis the transformed curriculum patterns of "the Macro-Arts and Macro-Sciences". After the practice and researches for many years, it has been a new attempt to educate the specialized teachers.
