摘　　要：从蔗糖糖蜜及工业废水中分离到的一株高蛋白质、高ＲＮＡ酵母（自编号ＧＭ５０），菌体ＲＮＡ含量平均达１８．３％（紫外法），蛋白质含量达５０％以上，经鉴定为热带假丝酵母（ＣａｎｄｉｄａｔｒｏｐｉｃａｌｉｓＪ．ＬｏｄｄｅｒＧＭ５０），用ＧＭ５０生产酵母抽提物，自溶后抽提物平均得率达７０％以上，抽提物蛋白含量达６０％以上，游离氨基酸占总氨基酸５０％，菌体蛋白利用率高达７８％。A high protein and high RNA yeast strain GM50 was isolated from sugar cane molasses and industrial waste water. This strain was identified as Candida tropicalis, containing RNA 18.3%(UVmethods) and protein content over 50% averagely. When GM50 was applied to yeast extract production, the average extraction rate was over 70%. The protein content in the product was over 60%. There was 50% of free amino acid in the total amino acid.
