护理专业课课堂教学评价研究

摘  要:目的了解河南职工医学院护理专业课课堂教学现状。方法随机对该院2006级护理专业的375名学生进行问卷调查。结果学生对护理专业课教师的教学态度、教学能力、教学效果及教学情况总体评价的优秀率分别为39%、35%、25%、36%。结论护理职业技能课教师的职业素质、教学能力、专业素质应加强培训和提高。Objective To find out the present classroom teaching situation of the nursing department of Henan Medical College for Staff and Workers. Methods 375 students of nursing speciality of grade 2006 were investigated through questionnaires. Results Students' total appraising rates for teachers' teaching attitudes, teaching abilities, teachihg results and their comprehensive teaching performances are 39% , 35% , 25% and 36%. Conclusion The teachers of specialized nursing courses should be trained to increase their professional qualities, teaching abilities and specialized qualities.
