摘　　要：由鱼鳔为原料，经酶法制成的鱼鳔胶，含有多种营养素。对小鼠喂养进行抗疲劳试验，能增强小鼠游泳耐力，延长小鼠爬杆时间，降低运动后小鼠血清尿素氮的水平。The fish bladder glue made from fish bladder by zymolsis contains may nutrients Experiments on antifatigue of mice fed with fish bladder glue showed that durability in swimming is enforced, the time of climbing pole is increased, and the index of blood lactic acid and blood - serum urea nibogen afer motion is decreased.
