摘　　要：Rings consided in this paper are commutative rings with identity. A ring R is said to be a MPI-ring if prime ideals of R are all maximal ideals. We show the properties and the constructure theorem of MPI-rings. and we also give Some equivalent conditions of semilocal ring.
