摘  要:建设创新型国家需要培养创新型人才,现重视知识传输的专业教育模式不利于创新型人才的培养。通识教育弥补了专业教育的不足,既可以保证学生的创造脑——右脑得到充分开发,也有利于学生的智力因素和非智力因素协调发展,从而促进创新型人才的培养。高校应确立一种正确的通识教育思想,合理设置通识教育课程,试行合作启发式的课堂教学模式,以满足创新型人才培养的需要。Building a creation-oriented country needs to cultivate creative talents, while the model of professional education which is based on knowledge transmission is not conductive to the cultivation of creative talents. General education can not only fully explore a college student's fight brain which is also called creative brain, but also contribute to the corcurate development of a student's intellectual and non-intellectual factors, thus promoting the cultivation of creative talents. Colleges should attempt to establish a kind of correct concept of general education, arrange reasonable general courses, try to develop a cooperative and inspired classroom teaching model, in order to meet the needs of cultivation of creative talents.
