摘　　要：肽是由氨基酸组成蛋白质结构与功能片段,肽链上氨基酸残基数在10个以内的称之寡肽,寡肽具有重要生理功能。该文介绍寡肽在生物体内吸收机制及特点,综述寡肽营养作用,并对高F值寡肽和大豆寡肽研究进展进行阐述。peptide is consisted by amino acids, It is the fragments of protein＇s structure and function. If the number of amino acids in the peptide chain is below 10, the petide is called oligo-peptide. Oligo-peptide have an important physiological role. This paper points out the absorbing mechanism and characteristics of the oligo-peptide in body, sums up the nutrition of the ologo-peptide, expatiates the progress of high F ratio oligo-peptide and soybean oligo-peptide.
