摘　　要：目的查明一起食物中毒事件的原因。方法采用现场流行病学调查方法结合实验室检验进行分析。结果一起由于饮用受金黄色葡萄球菌污染的高钙牛奶饮品引起的食物中毒事件。结论食品安全监管部门应加强生产环节的监管,尤其是加大供应学生食品的监管力度。要加强食品从业人员卫生知识培训,提高卫生意识,防止类似中毒事件的再次发生。Objective To find out the cause of a food poisoning outbreak. Method Epidemiological investigation were conducted. Microbiological analysis of the samples of milk products, and the samples of environment, and raw material of milk products contents of the vomit, swabs of worker＇s hand were examinated. Results The samples of milk product, contents of the vomit, raw material of milk products, swabs of worker＇s hand were detected Staphylococcus aureus and intestinotoxin. Conclusion The causative agent responsible for the food poisoning in this case was staphylococcus aurcus.
