摘 要:探索保证主体教学有效性的策略是发展主体教学,提高其实践性的需要。有效教师是保证教学有效性的前提;学生是教学的对象和学习主体,主体教学的有效性归根结底要落实在学生对教学的有效参与上;教学中的公平使教学主体际的关系更为稳定和谐,保证了教学的有序与有效;教师的教学艺术水平对学生的学习效果有很大影响。It is the requirement of the development of subjective teaching and improvement of its practice for teachers to explore the strategies for the effectiveness of subjective teaching. Effective teachers are the guarantee of teaching effectiveness. Students, however, are the objects of teaching as well as the subjects of learning. The effectiveness of subjective teaching can be achieved only if the students are involved in the process of teaching and learning. Yet, fairness in classroom can promote a stably harmonious relationship in the classroom, which can ensure the achievement of effective teaching. Meanwhile, teacher's teaching art will greatly influence students' learning.
