摘　　要：高职高专护理教学改革向护理教师提出了新的挑战;为适应新的教学理念和模式,高职高专护理教师除了要具备扎实的理论知识和专业知识外,还应重构跨学科能力,实践能力,多媒体教学技能和教研能力与之相适应的各种教学能力。The goal of Nursing teaching reform of higher vocational education makes a new challenge to Nursing teachers. To apply to the new teaching perspectives and methods, Nursing teachers of higher vocational edu- cation should re - develop kinds of teaching abilities besides profound knowledge of the subject, These abilities in- clude knowledge of other fields, practical ability, skills of teaching by multi - media and ability of teaching re- search.
