摘　　要：如何促进教师教学设计能力的发展,正逐渐成为教师专业发展领域关注的新兴话题。要促进教学设计能力的发展,教师就要在教学目标的设计能力、教学内容的设计能力、教学方法的设计能力和教学评价的设计能力等方面采取积极的发展策略。How to develop teachers＇ competency of instructional design is becoming a new theme in areas of teacher＇s professional development.To promote the development of teachers＇ competency of instructional design,positive measures should be taken in developing competency of instructional design in teaching objective,content,method and evaluation,etc.
