摘  要:本文研究分批补硒发酵法和一次性补硒发酵法对毛头鬼伞菌丝富硒及其生物量的影响。结果发现,通过分批补硒发酵,使培养基中硒的终浓度为4μg/mL时,富硒量最高,为105.83μg/g,同时生物量为25.74g,总蛋白含量为153.37mg/g,与一次性补硒发酵法相比,富硒量提高16.26%,生物量及总蛋白含量分别提高27.68%和1.86%。由此可知,分批补硒发酵不仅提高了毛头鬼伞菌丝的富硒量,而且也提高了毛头鬼伞菌丝生物量及总蛋白的含量。In the paper,the effects of the Fed-Batch Selenium fermentation and Single fermentation on the Se-accumulation and biomass of Coprinus comatus mycelium were studied.The results showed that the highest content of Se-accumulation was 105.83μg/g when the concentration of Se was 4μg/ml in the medium by the Fed-Batch Selenium fermentation,while the biomass and the content of protein in these mycelia was 25.74g and 153.37mg/g respectively under the same condition.Compared with the single fermentation,the content of Se-accumulation increased by 16.26%.while the biomass and content of total protein increased by 27.68% and 1.86%.In conclusion,not only the content of Se-accumulation increase by the Fed-Batch Selenium fermentation,but also the biomass and content of protein in these mycelia increased.
