特殊教育教师资格认证制度分析——基于教师胜任力理论

摘　　要：通过对国内外有关教师胜任力的分析和研究,对完善我国特殊教育教师资格认证制度提出以下建议:①建立具有资格准入式的特殊教育教师资格制度;②提高特殊教育教师资格的学历标准以及专业化水平;③适当细化普通教师与特殊教育教师资格的融通性;④加强特殊教育教师的在职培训并强化社会服务的功能。This paper,through the analysis study of teachers competence home and abroad,gives the suggestions of improving the teachers certificational system in special education in our country like the follwing：first,estalishing special education teachers certification system with qualified admittance;second,improving the standards of teacher qualifications and professionalization;third,properly refining the accommodation of ordinary teachers and special education teacher qualification;fourth,strengthening teachers in-service training and their social service function.
