摘 要:了解不同冻藏(冻藏温度为-18℃以下)时间内副溶血性弧菌生化性状的变化,探寻副溶血性弧菌在冻藏条件下的变化规律,为副溶血性弧菌检验提供科学依据。对分离出的副溶血性弧菌在不同冻藏(冻藏温度为-18℃以下)时间内进行染色镜检和生化试验。副溶血性弧菌在冻藏28d内,其染色镜检和生化试验结果均符合相关标准;在冻藏40d时,其染色镜检和生化试验结果有所变化但基本符合相关标准;在冻藏64d时,其生化试验结果出现变化,部分生化试验结果与相关标准不符;在冻藏80d时,分离出的该菌较难染色,且其生化试验结果出现变化,部分生化试验结果与相关标准不符;在冻藏92d时,该菌无法进行染色且较多生化试验结果与相关标准不符。对于冷冻类产品中副溶血性弧菌的检验应尽可能在40d的冻藏期以内进行副溶血性弧菌的检验,最好在28d内进行检验。Objective exploring the changes of biochemical properties of Vibrio Parahemolyticus in different frozen storage(the frozen temperature is-18 ℃ below)time,search the evolution of Vibrio Parahemolyticus in frozen storage,to provide a scientific basis for the examination of Vibrio Parahemolyticus.Methods in different frozen time,the isolated Vibrio Parahemolyticus was stained for examination and biochemical tests.Results when the frozen storage(the frozen temperature is-18 ℃below) time less than 28 d,the staining examination and all biochemical test results measured up to the relevant standards;When the frozen storage(the frozen temperature is-18 ℃ below) time within 40 d,the staining examination and all biochemical test results measured up to the relevant standards but changed;64 d in frozen storages,the biochemical test results changed some of the biochemical test results didn't measure up to the relevant standards;80 d in frozen storge,it was difficult to carry out the staining examination,some of the biochemical test results didn't measure up to the relevant standards;in frozen storage within 92 d,Vibrio Parahemolyticus could not be stained and some of the biochemical test results didn't measure up to the relevant standards.Conclusions the frozen samples should be examed of Vibrio Parahemolyticus within 40 d as quickly as possible and be examed of Vibrio Parahemolyticus within 28 d as best as possible.
