摘　　要：目的探讨护理学专业本科生实习运用“三阶段”评价模式。方法按照实习前、中、后三个过程分为3个阶段，院校教师共同参与制定阶段的评价内容和标准。结果提出了一套护理本科实习不同阶段的评价办法。结论“三阶段”评价模式完善了实习考试评价的标准和监管体系；增进学生学习热情和积极性，提高学习效果；提高临床带教教师的素质和教学水平；密切了院校的合作，促进了教学相长。Objective To clarify the evaluation model of three phases on nursing undergraduates＇ practice process. Methods During prophase, metaphase, and later stage, teachers participated jointly into shaping the evaluation content and criterion of 3 phases. Results A evaluation model for the nursing undergraduates during the 3 phases is obtained. Conclusions The model can perfect the criterion and supervision system of practice evaluation, enhance students＇ enthusiasm and initiative for studying, increase studying effect, improve clinical teachers＇ quality and lever of teaching, strengthen the co-operation between partner universities, and improve teaching and learning.
