摘　　要：本文提出了一种与产业聚集区发展相融合的校企合作模式,分析了基于产业聚集区的校企合作模式的内涵与主要特征,并结合实例介绍了该模式的应用。实践表明,该模式较好落实了校企双方的利益,为高职院校破解校企合作之难题提供了方法,为构建校企合作长效机制提供了有效途径。The paper introduces a new model of school-enterprise cooperation which integrates with the industry clusters, and analyzes its connotation and main features. Examples are given to illustrate the application of this model. Practice shows that this model has considered the interests of schools as well as enterprises and can provide methods to solve difficulties in school-enterprise cooperating, and construct a long-term school-enterprise cooperation system.
