摘 要:目的:探讨情景模拟教学法在护理人员在职培训中的应用效果。方法:对2009年某三甲医院新进护理人员规范化培训的部分教学内容,采用情景模拟教学方法。于培训前后进行理论考核及问卷调查。结果:本组培训人员,培训前后理论考核成绩分别为(67.44±4.49)分和(88.12±6.17)分(t=30.523,P<0.01),两者比较有显著性差异。问卷调查结果显示,91%的培训者认为情景模拟教学法能激发学习兴趣;94%的培训者认为情景模拟教学对临床护理工作有直接指导意义。结论:实践证明情景模拟教学法在护理人员规范化培训中不仅激发了年轻护士继续学习的兴趣,而且有利于培养学习者沟通、协作能力,提高职业素养。是一种行之有效的教学方法。Objective:To investigate the situational simulation method in position training nursing staff.Methods: We conducted the in-service training for new nurses in a certain Grade A tertiary general hospital in accordance with the standard curriculum specified to their work responsibilities by situational simulation methodology,and the trainees received examination on basic theory and questionnaire before and after the mission of education.Results: The theoretical performance of the trainees was 67.44±4.49 on average before training compared to 88.12±6.17 after education(t=30.523,P0.01).By questionnaire,91% of the respondents considered that situational simulation method could motivate their interest of learning and,93.6% thought that this on-the-job training approach was beneficial to their skill development in nursing practice.Conclusion:The findings suggest that situational simulation methodology is effective in-service training of new nursing staff,for it can stimulate the employees to learn,cultivate their ability to communicate and cooperate and maintain code of professional ethics in practice.
