摘　　要：针对教育是一永恒的历史范畴的本质,论述了素质教育与应试教育的差异,从而进一步阐述全面实施素质教育首先要转变教育观。Aiming at the essential of education belonging to a permanent historical category,this article mainly discusses the difference between the quality-oriented education and examination-oriented education,and further presents that the view on education should be firstly changed in order to carry out the quality-oriented education.
