摘　　要：随着中国高等教育的发展,"钱学森之问"受到越来越多高等院校和高等教育者的关注。本文详细研究了北京航空航天大学在拔尖创新人才培养、数理公共课程教学改革、实验教学改革等方面的具体举措,并提出了一些建议。With the development of China＇ s higher education, ＂the question of Qian Xuesen＂ has been focused on by more and more higher educational institutions and edueationists. The cultivation of creative talent, teaching reform of common courses such as maths, physics, and experimentation teaching of BeiHang University have been studied in detail. Some suggestions are proposed.
