摘　　要：本文利用SQLSever技术、ActiveX Data Objects技术和Visual Basic模块化设计的思路,开发研制出计算机膳食指导服务系统,本系统由三个数据库组成,整个系统将营养评价及成分计算、自动配餐、营养知识咨询、膳食指南等功能进行了有机的整合,从而形成了一个餐饮企业菜品配方资料收集、数据化食物选择、个体人群配餐及合理膳食指导一体化的营养实时状况的调查、分析、评价、干预和做出指导的完整的软件系统。本系统已经在深圳市面点王餐饮公司通过测试,市场前景良好。The computerized dietary instruction service system were developed through the SQL Sever technology, the ActiveX Data Objects technology and Visual Basic modulation design technology. This system was composed of three databases, the nutrition appraisal and the ingredient computation, the automatic side order, nutrition knowledge consultation, which were integrated in the system.The complete software system can make out investigating, analyzing, appraising, intervening and instructing for data collection, the digitization food choice, the individual side order and the reasonable dietary instruction for dining enterprises. This system was tested in Shenzhen Flour King Dining Company, the result indicated that the system have glorious market prospect.
