摘　　要：基于实践视角,借鉴质性研究的方法,对"原生态"的中师教育特色进行"直观"把握,对涵融着"中师教育特色"诸元素的中师教育世界进行"感性描述"。百年中师教育特色,在中师特有的"教育生态"内悄然孕育,这是它的生态属性;在一以贯之的"特质追求"中逐渐凝聚,这是它的本质属性;在特色几许的"反思追问"下初步彰显,这是它的结构属性。In the perspective of practice and drawing on the qualitative research method,we had＂intuitive＂grasp of the features in the＂original ecology＂normal school education and sensual description of the normal school education world in the elements in the＂feature of normal school education＂.We think that in the feature of over 100 years history of normal school education,the ecological attributes bred in the special＂education ecology＂of normal school education.Its essential attribute came to form in its＂pursuit of characteristics＂.Its structural attribute highlighted preliminarily in the featured＂reflection questioning＂.
