摘 要:本研究建立了饮料和糖果中32种水溶性色素的HPLC筛选性检测方法。样品经水提取,聚酰胺粉末吸附,氨水/甲醇洗脱,XDB C18柱分析(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm),乙酸铵—甲醇—乙腈梯度洗脱检测。32种色素分为2组,检测波长分别选取450 nm,490 nm,520 nm和620 nm。此方法重现性相对标准偏差(n=6)为0.51%~7.8%,回收率70.0%~117.2%,检出限0.03 mg/kg~0.6 mg/kg,适用于饮料和糖果中多种水溶性色素的筛选性检测。Developed a HPLC screening method to determine 32 kinds of water-soluble pigments in beverages and candy.Samples were extracted by water,through polyamide absorption and ammonia/methanol desorption,finally analyzed by XDB C18 column(250 mm ×4.6mm,5 μm).The mobile phase of gradient elution was: ammonium acetate-methanol-acetonitrile.32 kinds of pigments were divided into 2 groups,detection wavelength was 450 nm,490 nm,520 nm and 620 nm,respectively.The R.S.D.of samples reproducibility(n=6) was 0.51%~7.8%;the recovery of the method was in the range of 70.0%~117.2%;the limition of detection was 0.03mg/kg^0.6 mg/kg.The established method was suitable for screening determination of several water-soluble pigments in beverages and candy simultaneously.
