功能对等理论视角下中医病证名英译探析

摘　　要：基于功能对等理论中"功能对等优先于形式对应"的翻译观,对《伤寒论》两种英译本中病证名翻译进行对比分析,并从借用西医术语,实现功能对等;调整或增补语义,力求接近对等;采用音译,达到特殊对等三个方面进行了探讨,以求能为准确翻译中医病证名提供借鉴。Based on functional equivalence taking priority over formal equivalence, a key point of functional equivalence theory, this paper compares and analyses the translation of disease and syndrome terms in two different English versions of Shang Han Lun （Treatise on Cold Damage）, focusing on the following three aspects： realizing functional equivalence by applying Western Medicinal terms; approaching functional equivalence by regulating or supplementing semantics; achieving special functional equivalence by transliterating.
