摘　　要：产学研结合的发展道路是高等职业教育的必由之路,是实现合作办学、合作育人、合作就业、合作发展的重要保障。借鉴新加坡职教先进理念,积极开展高职教育科研工作,有利于促进教学改革,提高人才培养质量,加强双师队伍的培养,增强高职院校核心竞争力。The way of cooperation of industry, college and research is a must for vocational colleges and universities and a strong guarantee to implement cooperation with enterprises in running schools, educating students, graduates＇ employment and school development. The paper corltends that the advanced ideology from Singapore vocational education is a good help for the improvement of scientific research in vocational education of China and using for reference the ideology helps promote teaching innovation, improve teaching quality, train double-type teaching staff and enhance the core competence of vocational colleges.
