摘　　要：中职教育致力于培养国家需要的技能型人才,是国民教育的重要组成部分。而民族地区的中职教育蕴含了民族教育与职业教育的双重属性,具有特殊的文化使命和优化人文资源的功能。它强调民族地区中职教育体系中民族文化与区域经济产业的深层关系,民族学生个性特征与职业教育取向的关系,并注重民族文化的现代化转向问题,反映了学生文化性格发展的内在诉求和中职教育之于民族教育的深刻意义。Secondary vocational education,committed to cultivate skilled talents needed by the country,is an important part of national education.However,in ethnic areas it contains the dual attributes of ethnic education and occupation education,which has a function of special cultural mission and human resources optimization.It emphasizes the deep relationship of the ethnic minority areas between national culture and the regional economic in the vocational education system,the relationship of ethnic students personality traits and vocational education-oriented,focuses on the modern transformation of national culture,and reflects the inherent demands of students＇ culture character development and the profound significance of vocational education in national education.
