摘　　要：GB/T 10345—2007内标法是分析白酒中己酸乙酯含量的通用方法。在某些白酒样品中,其本身含有内标物。当通过内标法计算己酸乙酯时,实验结果会偏离真实值。这种情况下,必须将酒样进行稀释,使稀释后的样品与外标样中己酸乙酯含量大体一致,同时,保证稀释前后酒精度基本一致。最后采用外标法进行计算。GB/T 10345-2007 internal standard method is a common method for the measurement of ethyl caproate content in liquor. However, some liquor samples contain the internal standard substances in themselves. When ethyl caproate content of those liquor samples is calculated by internal standard method, the experimental results would deviate from the true value. In this case, those liquor samples should be diluted until ethyl caproate content in the samples and in the external standards was almost the same, besides, alcohol content in liquor samples before and af- ter the dilution should keep stable, finally, ethyl caproate content in those liquor samples should be calculated by external standards method.
