摘　　要：二十一世纪需要的是高素质的护理人才,因此现代社会对护理学教学提出了更高更严的要求。在《护理学基础》教学的过程中,着重强调学生的动手实践能力和学生的专业思想和能力,并致力于培养学生的综合素质。寻找一个更加合理有效的教学方法迫在眉睫,激发学生的学习兴趣,优化课堂教学方法等来增强学生的自身学习、管理和创新能力。21st century needs high-quality nursing personnel,thus for nursing teaching modern society put forward higher and more strict requirements.In the process of ＂basic nursing＂ teaching,emphasize the students＇ practical ability and the professional thinking and ability of students,and to cultivate the students＇ comprehensive quality.Looking for a more reasonable and effective teaching methods is imminent,stimulate students＇ interest in learning,optimizing classroom teaching methods to enhance the students＇ own learning,management,and innovation ability.
