翻译学习与语言学习之异同及其对翻译教学的启示

摘　　要：翻译学习和语言学习是相互联系同时又各有特质的两种学习。分析两种学习的学习过程、学习内容的异同,指出了翻译能力不同于语言能力的两项区别性特征,即工具运用能力和双语转换能力。基于对《高等学校英语专业英语教学大纲》的分析,指出教学中对于工具运用能力、心理及生理能力、策略运用能力三个方面的重视有待进一步加强。Translation learning and language learning are interrelated and different.The paper first conducts an analysis of the process and content of these two types of learning.Then,it is pointed out that professional instrumental competence and transfer competence are distinctive features of translation learning.Based on the analysis of College English Teaching Syllabus for English Majors,it is concluded that instrumental-professional competence,psycho-physiological competence and strategic competence need to be strengthened in the teaching of translation.
