摘  要:校企"双主体育人"是深化校企合作的新途径,也是高职院校课程建设的新思路。在课程建设中,发挥校企"双主体"各自优势共同制定人才培养规格,由"双师资"共同设计课程教学,利用"双资源"共同拓展课程资源建设空间,以提高"双导师"保障下的教学效果。在该模式下,校企共同参与高职课程建设,构建以培养岗位技能为导向的课程,增强学生对职业岗位的竞争力。The " Dual Subjects Education" is a new way to deepen the school-enterprise cooperation,and also is a new idea of the curriculum construction in higher vocational colleges.The curriculum construction should take the advantage of the " Dual Subjects" to formulate talent training specification,to design curriculum and instruction together,and to expand the course resources based on " Dural Resources",so as to improve teaching effect under the supervision of " Dural Teachers".In this mode,both school and enterprise participate in the curriculum construction,build up skill-oriented curriculum together,and finally strengthen students' competence of occupation.
