摘  要:从深圳市南山区热电厂热废气排放口分离了12株真菌,经产酶发酵复筛,获得了一株具有较高木聚糖酶酶活的嗜热真菌。根据分子鉴定结果,确定该菌株为篮状菌属的嗜热踝节茵(Talaromyces thermophilus)。经玉米芯粉诱导后该菌株的木聚糖酶酶活可达238.13IU/mL。对其粗酶液酶学性质的研究结果表明,该菌株木聚糖酶的最适温度为80℃,于50℃放置30min后酶活可保持原始酶活的92%,具有很好的耐热性和热稳定性;该酶的最适pH为7,且在较宽的pH范围内(pH3-11)具有优异的pH稳定性。上述性质使其在多种工业过程中具有潜在应用价值。Twelve fungi were isolated from heat exhaust vents of the thermal power plant, Nanshan District, Shenzhen. A strain with relatively high xylanase activity was acquired after fermentation and rescreening. The strain was identified as Talaromyces thermophilus according to the ITS sequence. The xylanase activity of the strain was 238.13 IU/mL when cultured for 4 days after induction by corncob powder. The research on the properties of crude enzyme showed that the optimal pH and temperature for its activity were 7.0 and 80 %, respectively. 92% enzyme activity remained after incubation at 50 % for 30 min. The crude enzyme was stable between pH3.0-11.0. The enzyme has good thermostability as well as acidic and alkali tolerances, which make it promising in the food, feed, paper and pulp industries.
